Rental conditions

• Languages spoken by the owner: English - French - Italian
• A deposit is required by the owner in the amount of: EUR 1,000.00
• The deposit is to be paid in the following form: In cash or on the swikly.fr website on the check-in.
• Departure time: 9:00 a.m. & Arrival time: 5:00 p.m. (these times can be adjusted according to availability)
• Parties and events are not allowed - Animals are not allowed

Booking conditions

• Deposit debited when booking: 30%
• 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
• Payment method accepted for deadlines: bank transfer.
• Payment method accepted on site during your stay: cash, bank tansfer
• The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.
• The tourist tax must be paid: in cash on the day of your arrival (3.00 euros per night and per person).

Cancellation conditions and fees

• Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email
• The cancellation conditions apply with reference to the local time of the house
• The reservation deposit is never refunded in the event of cancellation within 30 days of arrival except in the event of border closures due to COVID-19 lock down.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due.
• Cancellation from 30 days to 14 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount of the reservation is due.
• Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation and refund of the deposit.
• No-show 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due.
